“Fun-Raisers”

Rotarian Doyle Harris is this year's appointed Fun-Raiser for the Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club. Rightfully so, as no one has more fun than our guy Doyle.

A TDRC Fun-Raiser is just that -- a gathering of members, family and friends for a fun activity. Last winter, the Club enjoyed a series of bowling nights at Tahoe Bowl followed by libations and casual dining at the Tudor Pub. And this summer, a group went down to Coloma for a day of intense river rafting on the American River and a stop at St. Pauli Inn (aka St. Pauli "Girl" according to Doyle) for dinner. We were promised action photos of the latter, however, it seems our assigned photographer neglected to waterproof his camera. Way to go, Frank!
