About Our Club
The Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club was formed in 1962. We are located on the South Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe at the Nevada/California border. We currently have approximately 80 members that enjoy living at Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley in Douglas County. Club Members all share a dedication to our community, a love of the outdoors and the ample zest for life that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada provides!
Weekly Club Meetings. "We’d Like to Teach The World to Sing..."
Visiting Rotarians and guests of Rotarians are always welcome. When you attend one of our weekly lunch meetings in the Convention Center area at the MontBleu Casino Resort every Friday at 12 noon, you will encounter a very friendly Rotary Club. Our meetings are fun and relaxed. Dress is casual and be prepared for excellent singing. However, earplugs are advised! Of course, in keeping with a long tradition, the President's Rotary bell is frequently held for ransom.
Please come and visit us at our mountain paradise. It’s a ‘makeup’ you’ll not soon forget.
