Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is a leadership development program for men and women who are about to enter their senior year of high school. The intent of the program is to prepare students for leadership roles during their senior year and beyond.

Program participants spend a week during the summer at Campy RYLA in a challenging, fun atmosphere designed to enhance personal development, leadership skills and good citizenship. Program participants are selected and funded by their local Rotary club.
